1. GolfIndoorDeals.com Membership

GolfIndoorDeals.com provides members access to benefits that may be redeemed at participating independent indoor golf facilities. Membership benefits, pricing, available credits, participating locations, eligible reservation times, and other features may vary and may change from time to time. Unless specifically stated otherwise, membership benefits have no cash value and may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash.

2. Membership Credits

Memberships may include a specified number of golf simulator credits or sessions during each membership period.

• May be subject to participating-facility availability.
• May be limited to designated days or off-peak hours.
• Must be used according to GolfIndoorDeals.com and participating-facility rules.
• May not be sold or transferred to another person unless expressly permitted.
• Have no cash value.
• May expire at the end of the applicable membership period unless GolfIndoorDeals.com specifically provides otherwise.

Unused credits are not guaranteed to roll over into future membership periods.

3. Reservations

Reservations are subject to availability at participating facilities. GolfIndoorDeals.com does not guarantee that a particular facility, simulator, date, or time will be available. Participating facilities may establish reasonable rules concerning reservations, check-in procedures, cancellations, late arrivals, equipment, guests, and facility use. Members are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrival may reduce the amount of simulator time available.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

Members must cancel reservations within the cancellation period displayed during booking or otherwise communicated by GolfIndoorDeals.com or the participating facility. Late cancellations or failure to appear for a reservation may result in:

• Loss of the applicable membership credit.
• A cancellation or no-show charge where disclosed.
• Temporary restrictions on booking privileges for repeated no-shows.
• Suspension or termination of membership in cases of repeated abuse.

5. Membership Billing

Membership fees are billed according to the membership plan selected at enrollment. If you enroll in an automatically renewing membership, you authorize GolfIndoorDeals.com or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each applicable billing period until the membership is canceled. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

6. Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership according to the cancellation process provided through GolfIndoorDeals.com. Unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in the applicable membership offer, cancellation generally prevents future renewal charges rather than generating a refund for a membership period that has already begun. Any unused credits remaining after cancellation or expiration may be forfeited.

7. Refunds

GolfIndoorDeals.com provides a membership and access platform but does not own or control the day-to-day operations of participating facilities unless expressly stated otherwise. Facility participation may change. A facility may join or leave the GolfIndoorDeals.com network, and available hours or inventory may change.

9. Facility Rules and Conduct

Members must comply with the rules of each participating facility. Members agree to:

• Treat facility employees and other guests respectfully.
• Follow safety instructions.
• Use simulators and equipment properly.
• Avoid intentionally damaging property.
• Follow applicable guest, food, beverage, and equipment policies.

Members may be financially responsible for damage they intentionally cause or cause through improper or reckless use. GolfIndoorDeals.com may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, harassment, unsafe behavior, repeated no-shows, misuse of credits, or other material violations of these Terms.

10. Assumption of Risk

Golf and indoor golf activities involve physical movement and may involve risks, including injury from golf clubs, golf balls, equipment, slips, falls, or other participants. By participating, you acknowledge the ordinary risks associated with golf and indoor recreational activities. You are responsible for determining whether you are physically able to participate safely and for following all facility safety requirements.

11. Guests

Guest privileges, if offered, may vary by membership plan and participating facility. Members are responsible for ensuring that their guests comply with applicable facility rules. Additional guest fees may apply.

12. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials. You may not allow another person to improperly use your account, membership, or credits. Please notify GolfIndoorDeals.com promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

13. Promotions and Free Trials

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
